Secret Garden Fountains
Owner: Powell Gardens

Description:
At the Kauffman Memorial Garden, behind the Orangery, is the Secret Garden. Among the plants and flowers are what appear to be three black, mesh-covered drains spaced apart along the path. You can even hear the sound of water running through them. However, these are not drains, they are jumping fountains.
At random intervals, a jet of water will shoot up out of one of the fountains as high as 6 to 8 feet. There does not seem to be any set patterns as to when or from which of the fountains the water will jump. There is also no noise or action to indicate when the water is going to jump. Your photo taking skills may be put to the test by these fountains.
