Description:
Arlie Regier brought his fascination with technology and inventions together with his concern with world events into his stainless steel works of art. In this work, he used abstract essences of microchip circuit boards, cityscapes, sustainable agriculture and computers. They were polished to a mirror-like finish and assembled in flowing forms that reflect the world around them both literally and figuratively. This work was a collaboration between Arlie Regier and his son Dave, who is also an accomplished stainless steel sculptor.
