Description:

Three giant mule deer take a look back before they disappear over a rimrock, living forever in the dreams of hunters and nature enthusiasts. The deer are based on record-setting animals, each of which are described on the nearby plaque. The artist has depicted each deer, giants in real-life, at three times life-size making them about 19 feet tall. Each deer also weighs approximately 5000 pounds. This massive work of bronze and stone can be found in front of the Cabela's retail store in the Legends area of Kansas City, Kansas.
