Clock Tower Plaza sits in the heart of Historic Downtown Overland Park between Santa Fe Street and the Farmers' Market area. At the south end of the plaza is this small fountain. Embedded in the ground, it has 9 small bubblers. It is under some trees and benches sit on three sides of the fountain. It gives a place for people to relax and meet while making a visit to downtown Overland Park.
