Description:

You can find this reflecting pool at the main entrance to the Richard Bolling Federal Building in downtown Kansas City. It was built in 2003 as part of a project that renovated the front entrance of the building. Water wells up from underneath the dark-coloured grid, creating the reflecting pool. The pool creates reflections of the architecture of the Bolling building and park and, depending on your perspective, the KCMO Police Department and Kansas City City Hall across the street. The water runs over the outside edges of the grid.
